Cancer Research Malaysia (CRMY) participated in Hari Komuniti Sejahtera at the National Information Dissemination Centre (NADI) Bukit Beruang, Ayer Keroh, Melaka, in collaboration with MRIC Healthcare and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) NADI initiative.

Through CRMY’s Senyum Sihat programme, community members received oral health screenings using MeMoSA® (Mobile Mouth Screening Anywhere), a Malaysian-developed digital health platform that supports smartphone-based oral image capture and remote clinical review. The screening was delivered by CRMY Technologies Sdn Bhd (CTSB) on behalf of CRMY.

The event also provided an opportunity to raise awareness of oral cancer, the importance of early detection, and the role of accessible preventive healthcare within local communities.
The screening initiative was visited by Yang Berhormat Tuan Kerk Chee Yee (郭子毅), Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) for Ayer Keroh and Deputy Speaker of the Melaka State Legislative Assembly, reflecting the importance of collaborative community health efforts.
CRMY and CTSB extend their appreciation to Dr Asyifah Zaki, the MRIC Healthcare team, MCMC NADI, and all staff and volunteers who contributed to the successful programme.
